  Just a reminder to all of you that tonight is the Pumpkin Carving Party. It starts at 6:30 pm and will be held at Chas, Erin, Jon, and Cory's house. Please, bring your own pumpkin and you might want to bring your own carving knife and/or candle. We have some, but I can't garuntee quality or quantity. There will be other fun events as planned by M'Cori as well as nog and cider, so come one, come all, and celebrate the season that celebrates our favorite color - orange.

  So, Cheddarteam.tk is now a domain name. Apparently the small island nation of Tokelau is giving away a very basic type of domain registration. You don't actually get to own the domain, but they set up a quick re-direct for you and it works kinda like you owned it. And if you want to buy it, you can for like $10 a year, which is pretty cheap. Check out the DotTK web site for more info.

  Yesterday was Columbus day and Doug managed to not get deported from anywhere Yeah Doug!!

  Direct TV is doing the first week or so of the NHL Center Ice package for free so tonight I've been switching between the four hockey games that are on and Monday Night Football. It's good to see Canadian hockey coverage, announcers and cameramen who know what's going on while it's happening, not after it happens.

The Penguins/Leafs game was great, and the Flames/Canucks game is shaping up to be pretty good as well. Mario's line had 7 points tonight.

I'd decided that the NHL package was too expensive, but after tonight $160 don't seem so bad (curse you marketing free-preview people). Here's the Center Ice schedule.

So, I guess the question is.. anyone up for watching some hockey at my place?
