Okay, hopefully I set this thing up right. The teamspeak server is up and running again, and is no longer dependent on Erik's spare machine functioning. The server name and password are the same as are listed on this page. If you need the IP, it is 128.95.206.37

Bastards
Well it's impossible for me to confirm, but it appears that the Hero Planner on the warcry site carries with it some spy/mal ware. "Websavings from ebates" appears to be in there, perhaps others.
I was just mentioning to Erin last night how once upon a time people wrote webpages and created software like this not out of a desire to sneak spyware onto your computer or sell banner space, but because they loved the games/topics those sites and software items related to. It's really sad.

Just call me a follower
Well, since everyone else was doing it...
I created my first character last night--a Magical Defender named Seela. I made it through the training stuff and am now chillin' in Atlas Park, where I'll endeavor to level up a bit.
Once I figure out how to add people as friends, I'll start adding you folks. :)

Task Force
I was hoping that a number of you folks with heroes in the 11th or higher range would be up for a Task Force mission today. I am planning to log in around noon, and if there are enough of us we can pull a TF. I'll be playing FrostWyrm, my 15th level ice blaster.

Thanks to Brannon, I have my own copy of CoH after all. ;) So far I have 2 characters: Gadgetron, my tech blaster, and Captain Kinetic, my mutant defender. I look forward to joining you all in the fight for Justice! ;)
